DCLX Wrap Up

We had a fantastic time playing in Washington, D.C., and if this video and this review are any indication, then I think DC had a good time too. (I'm not sure what the privacy settings are on the facebook video, so we'll see about that).

Special thanks go out to Craig Gildner of the Blue Sky Five for playing with us, and for lending us a bunch of gear - guitars, bandfronts, amps, the whole nine yards.

We can wait to play again on the east coast, and if you'd like us to come to a town near you, all you have to do is give us a call!

This is the band's first update from 37,000 ft in the air, because we are in-flight and on the way to Washington, D.C. We last played in Washington in for 2006's DCLX, and we've been really jonesing to come back, especially because we had such a great time then.

Here's a quick memory from our last trip to DC. This is clip of Bobby White and Nina Gilkenson during the final jam of the night to "Jammin' the Blues." I remember the jam really well, and I've got the whole thing somewhere at home, but I was able to find this on youtube.
